EI30 PLUS REBATED

FIRE-RATED EI30 PLUS HALSPAN SYSTEM

Door fire-rated rebated EI30 Plus Halspan system with a metal frame equipped with anti-panic fittings PHA 2000 or PHA 2500 and hinges EXACTA 495 16 mm conforming to the requirements of the PN-EN 1125:2009 standard in terms of ability for release and can be used on emergency routes and exits.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE WING:

Rebated system door leaf. Door frame wooden or metal (fixed or adjustable). The door leaf structure consists of a multilayer
chipboard with softwood label, topped with HDF boards on both sides. The rated door leaf thickness is: 50 mm.

GLAZING:

Transparent glass with the EI30 fire resistance. Pine wood frame painted, veneered or covered with a foil matching the colour of the door leaf. Available glazing type of porthole with a steel frame Ø320 mm (on the outside of the frame).

DOOR FRAME:

• painted, veneered, covered with CPL 0.15 mm laminate or foil matching the colour of the door leaf.
• Fixed pine wood frame optionally provided with a masking strips or a shoe moulding.
• Adjustable wooden frame with widening panels, architraves and a masking strip
• Fixed metal door frame made of 1.5 mm thick steel sheet available in standard powder coatings in the following colours: white (RAL 9016 and RAL 9003), grey (RAL 7047), brown (RAL 8014), beige (RAL 1001), graphite (RAL 7024), black(RAL 9005).
• Adjustable metal made of 1.5 mm thick steel sheet available in standard powder coatings in the following colours: white (RAL 9016 and RAL 9003), grey (RAL 7047), brown (RAL 8014), beige (RAL 1001), graphite (RAL 7024), black(RAL 9005).
• Metal door frames painted in non-standard RAL or NCS colours are available (after consultation with the Sales Department). Door frame consists of the main part and an architraves inserted into the main part.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

NOTE! In order to meet the fire resistance conditions, the door should be provided with the automatic door closer conforming to the requirements of the PN-EN 1154:1999/A1:2004/AC:2010 standard, door handles conforming to the requirements of the PN-EN 1906:2012 standard (min. class B to the extent related to fire resistance) and drum cylinders conforming to the requirements of the PN-EN 1303:2007+AC:2008 standards (class 1 to the extent related to fire resistance).
